Hi! My name is Nicole and I am a Graduate student at UOP studying Speech-Language Pathology. In high school, I was a Teacher's Assistant for our Life Skills class for 2 years, was president of our "Best Buds" club, and MC of Special Olympics. I have been interning with San Joaquin County of Education since August and have experience working with kiddos with special needs from kindergarten to 8th grade. I have worked with kiddos that have varying disabilities such as: Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and Angelman Syndrome. Kiddos with special needs are one of my favorite groups of people to work with!
