About Bailee

With over 13 years of experience in the healthcare and human services fields, I have a wealth of knowledge in care across the lifespan. I hold both a Bachelors degree in Health Science as well as a Masters degree in Occupational Therapy and am BLS/CPR certified. Before any of my formal education and training, I learned the importance of compassionate care through having an older sister with special needs. While practicing as a pediatric OT, I used creativity and empathy to help kids build skills including emotional regulation, sensory modulation, self-care, motor skills, etc. I recently have taken some time away from my formal occupational therapy work to pursue a change in careers. I am eager to continue to care for others during this time and fill needs where they may be present in my community. I am happy to answer any questions you may have regarding my background, skills, etc. I look forward to speaking with you about your childcare needs.
