About Babacar

In my spare time, I enjoy staying active and focused on athletics, especially track and field. I am currently a member of the Texas Southern University track team, where I compete as a long jumper. Being a student-athlete has taught me discipline, time management, and the importance of consistency both on and off the field. A large part of my free time is spent training and improving my performance. I regularly work out in the gym to build strength and endurance, spend time in the pool for recovery and conditioning, and go on runs to maintain my stamina and overall fitness. These activities not only help me perform at my best in competition, but they also keep me motivated and mentally strong. Through track and fitness, I have developed patience, resilience, and a strong work ethic-qualities that I also bring into other areas of my life, including caregiving. I enjoy helping others, staying organized, and being someone people can depend on.
