Empowering students to reach their full potential is the core of my teaching practice. With five years of experience in education as a long-term substitute and school psychologist, I specialize in academic and social-emotional support for elementary and middle school students. I hold a graduate degree in School Psychology and am experienced working with students of all support levels including those with 504 Plans and IEPs. My approach centers on building confidence through personalized support, breaking down complex concepts into manageable steps, and connecting lessons to the learners interests. I often use visual aids and hands-on activities to maintain engagement while also adapting methods as needed to fit the students learning style.
