Experienced and dedicated nanny with experience caring for children from infancy through school age. Most recently, I managed the care of five children in one household, coordinating schedules, developmental needs, and daily routines. My approach is child-centered and inspired by Montessori principles, encouraging independence, creativity, and age-appropriate decision-making. I believe every child is unique and deserves individualized care tailored to their personality, developmental stage, and interests. I focus on supporting children's emotional, social, and intellectual growth through engaging activities such as reading, outdoor play, music, sensory experiences, and hands-on learning.
