About Aylana

I started caring for seniors in 2019 when I helped take care of my grandmother at home. That experience led me to become a caregiver and a home health aide in 2024. In 2025 I decide to get my CNA, where I have continued working with elderly, hospice and dementia patients in home and clinical settings. I want families to know that I would treat their families members how I would want my family member to be treated -- with patience, respect, compassion, and kindness. I am very observant and will pay close attention to changes in the conditions. I like to communicate clearly and effectively with their care team to make sure their loved one is getting the best care possible. My skills include advanced patient observation & reporting, communication, patient-centered care and safety and emergency awareness.
