About Ayla

I've always enjoyed working with kids and being a positive role model in their lives. Through babysitting, volunteering with children, helping at a family friend's daycare, and coaching volleyball, I've found how rewarding it is to help kids learn, grow, and build confidence. I would describe myself as outgoing, caring, patient, and dependable. I love creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment where children feel comfortable being themselves. I started working with children in middle school by helping care for my younger cousins and extended family, and I've continued gaining experience with kids of all ages. In my free time, I enjoy crafts, spending time outdoors, going on walks, staying active, and going to the gym. I'm moving to the area in late August and hope to find a long-term nanny position where I can make a positive impact. My top childcare skills are problem solving, leadership, and communication.
