About Ayessatou

Hi! I'm Ayessatou (Aicha), a Psychology major with experience in daycare assistance and youth counseling. I've worked with groups of 20+ children, helping lead educational activities, arts and crafts, recreation, and homework support. I love working with children because I enjoy creating a safe, positive, and supportive environment where they feel comfortable being themselves. I value building trust with each child and understanding their unique personality while encouraging their growth and confidence. I'm patient, dependable, energetic, and passionate about childcare, and I'm excited to continue growing my experience while supporting families in meaningful ways.
