About Aya

Hi! My name is Aya (pronounced eye-uh) I've been working with children for over 22 years in just about every capacity you can think of: babysitter, summer camp counselor, tutor, drama club director, before/after school care, substitute teacher, and proud aunt. I'm 34 now, with a degree in Theatre from ASU and a lifelong passion for creativity, learning, and caring for others. I'm open to part-time, full-time, or occasional care, and I bring a calm, confident presence with all age groups, from brand new babies to busy teens. Whether it's helping with homework, making movies/putting on plays, going on outdoor adventures, tackling chores, or just keeping your home running smoothly while you take a breather, I'm here for it. I love being helpful, I'm incredibly reliable, and I genuinely enjoy making kids feel safe, seen, and excited to be themselves.
