About Makayla

I'd describe my personality as creative, passionate, and patient I like working with kids because I think that knowing that I am making a difference and experiencing those milestones with their development is amazing. Also, helping them understand more with that being learning or just day-to-day things. I'm looking for a job that is long-term, I love being able to move up with the child so they have a familiar face. I started working with kids when summer of 2020 My skills include working one on one with a child. Developing lesson plans weekly so we build a routine. And I like teaching them a little bit of sign language to help with different understandings.
