About Avonlea

Welcome! My name is Avonlea M. I have always loved working with children. I get to participant in their developmental milestones, and getting to be a fundamental person in their lives that encourages them and build their self confidence. Being such a person for children, sets them up for success as they learn to navigate their place in the world. My approach is respect focus to build trust. I keep children on the household schedule, teach manners and participating in cleaning up after themselves. I expect kindness and healthly boundries. But I will be the first to volunteer to recreate a Bluey episode, to be a malfunctioning robot, or build an epic fort. My approach with children encourages them to be children, while simultaneously practicing skills that will help them as they enter new stages.
