I believe every child is different, so I don't take a one-size-fits-all approach. I pay close attention to the little things--whether it's a favorite bedtime story, a comforting routine, or the way they like to learn and play--because those details help build trust and make children feel safe and understood. I have over 3 years of experience caring for infants and more than 4 years working with elementary-aged children. Along the way, I've completed several early childhood education courses that have given me tools to support children's development. More experience has helped with creating a fun and structured routine. I cant wait to work with you and be there with you to celebrate the milestones as you watch them grow.
