I believe every child is different, so I don't take a one-size-fits-all approach. I pay close attention to the little things-whether it's a favorite bedtime story, a comforting routine, or the way they like to learn and play-because those details help build trust and make children feel safe and happy. I have over 3 years of experience caring for infants and more than 4 years working with elementary-aged children. Along the way, I've completed several early childhood education courses that have given me valuable tools to support children's development while creating a structured and nurturing environment.
