Hi! My name is Avery and I am a sophomore nursing student. I am free every day after 3 this fall and would absolutely love to meet a family and help out after school. I am CPR and first-aid certified. I have previous child care experience of over 3 years. I not only have completed several child development classes in college but am looking to specialize in pediatric care in nursing. I have also worked in a nursing home as a certified nursing assistant and medication technician for the past 3 years specializing in caring for those with Alzheimer's and other complex medical conditions. A little background about me! I am the oldest of 3, I ran cross country and track collegiately for 2 years before transferring, I love to hike, and have a pug named Lola! My mom employed my babysitter through Care. com when I was in elementary school-middle school, and she is still one of my favorite people ever. I would love to provide that same support and love to another family.
