I have worked with children for the last 23 years ranging from head teacher of the infant room, running my own daycare out of my home, personal nanny for twins, personal nanny for a special need 4yr old. I'm very flexible, and am comfortable with pets. I am also comfortable doing lighthouse work and preparing any meals you need after a long day from work, and of course, any cooking and cleaning up necessary for your little ones. Karen was kind and caring for our baby but didn’t take instruction well. She was told many times to turn the AC on during hot afternoons, but she often forgot or ignored this, leading to the baby’s room getting too hot. She was asked many times to wake the baby up at 4PM from her nap to allow her to get to sleep at night on time. On one instance we confronted her about the baby sleeping until 5, she angrily told us that she knew better and that the baby needed it. She then quit on the spot.
