About Avery

Hi, my name is Avery! I'm a full-time graduate student at The University of Alabama, where I'm pursuing my Master's in Population Health Science. I earned my undergraduate degree in Nutrition and plan to become a Registered Dietitian! Since my school is online, I have tons of flexibility! My husband and I recently relocated to North Jacksonville due to his military service. I have 8+ years of experience as a nanny/babysitter, working with children ages 0-15. Most recently, I was a full-time nanny for a 20-month-old and a 5-year-old for the past two years. Prior to that, I nannied for families in Arkansas, caring for children ranging from 6 weeks old to teenagers, and regularly babysat for several other families. I am CPR, First Aid, and ServSafe certified. I genuinely enjoy working with children and supporting their growth, learning, and development.
