Grace is absolutely wonderful. She’s incredibly trustworthy, always smiling, and my two toddlers warmed up to her right away. She’s amazing with kids—very playful and engaging. Even when she’s not around, my kids ask for her and sometimes even cry when she leaves, which says so much about the bond she’s built with them. What I really appreciate is her consistently positive attitude—she’s always in a good mood, polite, and professional. She’s reliable, always on time, communicates clearly, and is very flexible.
