I have around 20 years of experience in caregiving including caring for children of all ages, pets (I am allergic to dogs that are not hypo-allergenic), homes, seniors, and people with disabilities of varying degrees. My favorite activities to do while caregiving include: playing board and card games, homework help and teaching new skills, cooking and baking, tangible arts and crafts like making bracelets and painting, exploring nature through walks and hikes, engaging in activities at zoos, planetariums, aquariums, libraries, trampoline parks, and beyond! We feel so fortunate to have had Aven as part of our lives. She’s energetic, engaging, and incredibly loving with our toddler. Aven is calm, kind, and patient, she doesn’t just "watch", she plays, teaches, and creates. Our daughter absolutely adores her, and I’ve always felt supported and included as a parent (never replaced). Aven has never missed a day of work and always communicates promptly if she’s running even a few minutes behind. She’s dependable, takes initiative, and is always open to feedback. Aven brings so much warmth and reliability to our home.
