About Ava

I come from a large family so I grew up looking after my younger sibling and cousins in addition to babysitting for multiple families throughout high school and college. I was part of a non-profit dance company in high school where I taught dance classes to large groups of children varying in age so I have experience working with diverse personalities and learning types. I have always enjoyed the energy, creativity, and humor that children possess, and my experiences through both teaching and babysitting have been wonderfully rewarding and educational! Some of my fondest memories growing up were the days or nights that my siblings and I spent with our babysitter and I always remember looking up to them with admiration--those memories have stuck with me throughout my babysitting journey as I hope to emulate the same excitement and joy I felt spending time with them as a child!
