About Ava

Hello, my name is Ava, and I am a student at CMU majoring in Fire Science. I am EMT-certified, with training in first aid and CPR, and child safety is always my top priority. I have extensive childcare experience, including long-term babysitting and summer nannying for multiple families. I am comfortable caring for children of all ages and have hands-on experience working with children with special needs, Type 1 diabetes, feeding tubes, and other medical or developmental needs. I genuinely enjoy spending time with kids and keeping them engaged through activities, play, and learning. I am happy to help with transportation, meal preparation, light cleaning, homework, and daily routines. I am also fluent in Spanish and would be glad to support language learning.
