I am retired after years in the business world and now have the opportunity to positively impact children's lives and support families. I have a college degree and many years of experience caring for children of all ages through raising my own children and helping with my grandchildren, along with nieces and nephews. My approach is patient, creative, and friendly. I understand the demands and needs of working parents because I was a working parent myself. I enjoy playing games and being active through outdoor activities. I'm comfortable following your lead when it comes to household rules and communication preferences.
