About Ava

Hi! I'm Ava, a Child Development major at Chico State University, originally from San Luis Obispo. I've spent the past seven years working as a nanny and babysitter, and I truly love supporting children as they grow and learn. This year, I worked as a Pre-K teacher assistant at a local elementary school, where I gained valuable experience managing different personalities and emotional needs in a classroom setting. I've been caring for kids since I was 10, starting with babysitting for neighbors and helping with my younger sibling. It's always felt natural to me. I'm caring, creative, and reliable. You can count on me to show up with patience, strong communication, and a genuine love for working with children. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, walking, and staying active.
