About Ava

Hi! I'm Ava, a creative and energetic 20-year-old with a passion for childcare. I'll be starting pharmacy school next fall but have been nannying for the past few years and absolutely love it. I've worked with children of all ages, though infants toddlers are my favorite. I've cared for four wonderful families: one for two years, one for six months, and two seasonal positions. I'm CPR certified, first aid trained, and have my own reliable car. I'm looking for a full-time position with at least a one-year commitment. My rate starts at $22 per hour for one child. I focus on creating a safe, structured, and imaginative space where kids can thrive. I love seasonal crafts, baking, pretend play, encouraging independence, and planning weekly outings when appropriate. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, writing poetry, and spending time with friends and family, especially going for walks and enjoying the sunshine. I look forward to meeting you and your family!
