About Ava

I'd describe my personality as nurturing, optimistic and caring. I like working with kids because it's fun! I grew up going to my grandma's daycare and once I was old enough to have my own job I worked there during my summer break over the course of 4 years :) I started working with kids when I was about 13-14 years old, my grandma owned a daycare that I grew up in and I was so comfortable there I felt it was perfect for my first job. She watched children of all ages ranging from newborn up to middle school age. I've also taken an internship at the daycare at Rockwell in high school. In my spare time, I like to read, spend time with my family and pets, and watch movies. One thing you should know about me is I care a lot about maintaining a clean space and being healthy. I try to stay active and eat the best I can, I love cooking and baking and I try to make most of what I eat homemade :)
