About Ava

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, trustworthy, outgoing I love working with kids because they bring so much joy, curiosity, and wonder into every moment. Being around them reminds me to slow down, appreciate the little things, and see the world through fresh, excited eyes. I really enjoy creating a safe and caring space where they feel supported and free to be themselves. Getting to brighten a child's day, share fun experiences, and build trust with them is something I hold close to my heart--it's truly one of the most rewarding things I've ever done. I'm looking for a job where I can help a family feel supported cared for and at ease. I hope to create a trusting and positive bond with the children and families I work with where we can both fill uplifted and encouraged. I started working with kids when I was 11 Years Old. At this young age started babysitting and volunteering at my local church as a Children's Ministry Leader, working with children from all ages.
