About Ava

Hi! I'm Ava, a 24-year-old mom in Arlington, VA, seeking a full-time daytime nanny position. I have babysat and nannied since high school, including a role where I cared for twin toddlers. I currently work in the evenings as a house manager, housekeeper, and caregiver for an adult with autism, special needs, and chronic illness. These roles taught me the importance of individualized care. I have a B. S. in Biomedical Biology from Messiah University, where I graduated with honors, and I'm infant CPR/BLS certified. Motherhood has been my greatest joy and deepened my love for children. My daughter was very colicky, so I understand how much individualized care little ones need. I love reading, outdoor play, and encouraging curiosity. Above all, I want children to feel safe, loved, and comfortable being themselves.
