About Ava

I'm passionate about nurturing the growth and development of children. With seven years of experience caring for kids of different ages (0-12 years old), six years of youth soccer coaching (4-13 years old), eight years of youth program volunteer training and teaching (12-21 years old), and my current position as a substitute for (0-5 years old) at a licensed facility. I believe in open communication with parents and will use your preferred method to keep you updated on your child's day. While I am flexible, knowing each child is unique and special, I am also comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a structured, routine, and consistent environment. I'm patient, calm, friendly, and fun to be around! I love helping build little one's confidence as they learn and grow!
