About Ava

Hi, my name is Ava, and I can't wait to meet you! I recently graduated from Smith College, and will be working full-time developing STEM curriculum, so I'd love to help you out with date nights or weekend care! I have 5+ years in professional childcare settings, including private nannying/tutoring and working at both overnight and day camps. I am CPR/First Aid certified, and prioritize child safety and well-being at all times. I love learning about children's interests and passions, and trying new things with them--whether it be science experiments, cooking projects, art projects, or anything else, I have experience doing these activities with children both in camp settings and in private childcare. I'm comfortable with supervising playdates, outings (although I can't claim I know of all the fun things to do in the Boston area--yet!), and helping with homework. I can't wait to talk more with you!
