About Alexa

Hi! My name is Alexa, and I am a current college junior at BU studying Physical Therapy. I have a strong passion for working with children and several years of hands-on childcare experience in a variety of settings. For the past three years, during both summer and winter breaks, I have had the pleasure of caring for children of all ages, from infants to pre-teens, while working as an assistant teacher at my local daycare. In addition, I have spent two winters working as a snowboard instructor, primarily teaching children. In this role, I helped children learn a challenging sport while prioritizing their safety. I also worked as a camp counselor for one summer, where I supervised a variety of camp activities and provided first aid when needed. As a caregiver, I strive to be patient, calm, fun, and engaging.
