Ava is kind, flexible, personable, and very communicative. She was understanding when I moved around our phone interviews, and seemed very genuinely interested in our daughter even via phone with her. While we did not end up working with Ava for logistical/schedule reasons, we were immediately comfortable with her and think she would make a great addition to any family.
