About Ava

I'd describe my personality as personable, attentive, and responsible. I like working with kids because I have 2 younger brothers so I grew up hanging around kids and looking out for them. It makes me happy to care for others and give them an enjoyable time. I'm looking for a job that has decent pay to help with my rent and tuition, also a job that has flexible hours due to my class schedule. I started working with kids when I was in middle school. I would watch my brothers as well as neighborhood kids while all the parents would hangout. In my spare time, I like to read books and listen to music if I'm not busy with school work. I also enjoy going on walks if the weather is nice. One thing you should know about me is I take my job opportunities very seriously and use each job to further my experience all around. My skills include communication, patience, and the ability to de-escalate a situation but finding a middle ground.
