Autumn, is awesome. I was at the beginning stages of a divorce. I was desperate for help with watching my children while I worked. She was one of several candidates that applied to my post. I did phone interviews of several of the candidates that were to be followed up with in-person interviews. All of which I cancelled after meeting her. To be honest I knew I was going to hire her after the phone interview. She was great with my 2 year old and 6 year old. She went above and beyond. Very experienced and very wise.
