Leisa was great with our two boys and also straightened up our kitchen and play room! 

Leisa was extremely responsive to our requests during the hiring process. Also, she was proactive in letting us know what she needed from us. The kids loved her and we couldn’t have been happier. 

Leisa was fantastic. We had 1 sick kiddo and she made sure she took her meds and did everything we asked and more. I would definitely hire her again

We hired Leisa for a one time babysitter when we were on vacation in the Lake Norman area. She was on time, reliable and incredibly sweet. I would absolutely hire her again and would feel very comfortable recommending her!

She was great with my son and I always felt safe leaving him with her! She treated him like he was part of her family.

Let me start by saying I STRONGLY DISAGREE with the negative review that was previously mentioned about Leisa. She has been SO great for our family and has taught my 5 year old so many important things that will help him when starting school this coming year. She is punctual, patient, kind, and does so great with both of my boys (2 and 5)! If it weren't for the opportunity arising for me to be home more, I would keep her around forever!! In addition, she helps me with laundry, keeps the house clean, and helps with cooking etc which is such a great help since I've been working long hours. If I were you, I'd snatch her up because she's a good one and you won't regret it!!!!

Leisa worked for us for around 9 months until we had to move and we loved our time with her. She watched our then 1.5 year old and he had a great time with her and learned a lot. They would go on daily walks, read lots of books, do crafts, play, etc. She participated in some of our virtual speech therapy sessions and would help implement the suggestions, which we appreciated. We always felt completely comfortable with him in her care and miss her. We would highly recommend her as a nanny!

Leisa interviewed well, but the first red flag came when she wasn't truthful about how much her last employer paid her (confirmed to be about a $2.50/hr difference in truth v. her fiction). We later called her out on this and she said she must have been "mistaken." We hired her anyway because we needed a nanny and we gave her the benefit of the doubt. Despite committing to be our FT nanny, she apparently continued looking for another job. We even gave her a 25% X-mas bonus after just the first week to show our appreciation and to incentivize her. So imagine our surprise when Leisa showed up on our doorstep on the Monday after X-mas and quit on us with no notice. She at least had the decency to return the bonus, but that only made the whole thing a little less shameful. As anyone knows, being left hanging by a nanny you relied upon creates a huge state of chaos. Have a backup plan if you are going to hire her; she could be gone the moment a higher bidder comes along!

Leisa has been watching my 2 and 3 year old two days a week for about a year now.  She is very reliable, punctual and great with any age kids.  I would recommend Leisa to any family.

Leisa is absolutely amazing and our kids aged 3 and 9 are always super excited to see her!! She is extremely punctual, dependable and engages the children in meaningful activities. Her warm and nurturing personality work great for our family and we are truly grateful for her!

Leisa is a fabulous nanny for any occasion, or length of time. She kept both kids active, engaged, entertained and most importantly, safe. Our youngest has a peanut allergy which Leisa attended to carefully. She is a very mature, flexible and fun caregiver who I would recommend to anyone. 

Leisa was very attentive to my daughter, making sure that she had fun, had nutritious food, read books, and had physical activity. I have used Leisa for babysitting from baby years to preschool years. Leisa was very flexible with scheduling and was always on time. Leisa was always aware of developmental stages, and helped with separation anxiety (mine and my daughter's). I highly recommend her to anyone.
