About Autumn

I started babysitting when I was 14 years old for kids in my neighborhood. Since then, I've had experience as a substitute teacher, Early Head Start home visitor, nanny & postpartum doula. I earned a Master's in Maternal & Child Nutrition from the University of California, Davis in 2009. During my time caring for children, I have been responsible for meal prep, picking up from school, helping with homework, taking to music classes & of course, playing! I feel comfortable with newborns into the preteen years. As well, I have had lots of experience caring for children with a variety of food allergies. Update- I have taken a brief break from childcare/doula work to care for my own child, born in May 2017. Now I'm back and ready to support other people in their own personal parenthood journey! I'm excited to use my own experience as a mother while I work with your family.
