About Grace

Hi, I'm Grace! I'm 26 years old and have over 20 years of experience caring for children of all ages. I grew up helping in my church nursery and preschool, working with infants, toddlers, and children ages 2-5, as well as mentoring young teens. I've also had the privilege of caring for children with special needs, including those on the autism spectrum. Growing up with a sister who has Asperger's taught me patience, understanding, and how every child learns and grows in their own unique way. I believe in creating a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where kids feel comfortable and supported. I love helping children learn, play, and build confidence in themselves every day. I like working with kids are the next generation. I love learning from kids and learning about life from kids . I'm looking for a job that I love In my spare time, I like to spend time with family. My skills include knowing the difference between when a child needs someone vs needs some alone time.
