About Aushae

Hello familles! My name is Aushae, but all of the kids/families call me Ms. shae/ Shae. My goal is to help take care of and educate our next generation of leaders! I have 5+ years of experience working in early childcare with 1-2yrs of that experience including private nannying/ babysitting services in Massachusetts. I've work with a wide age range which includes 0months-8yrs old. Besides childcare, I'm very passionate about theatre! I obtain a theatrical certificate from the American Musical Dramatic Academy which is located here In NYC. My biggest dream is to be on Broadway one day! I'm ambitious, goal driven, nurturing, patient, passionate and great at communication! I want to be your child's warmest hug/supporter after a stormy day and their biggest cheerleader after a sunny day! I want be able to help and provide support to your family!
