About Audrey

I'm a sophomore at the University of Hawaii pursuing my goal of becoming a child-centered play therapist. I bring years of childcare experience, having maintained long-term babysitting relationships with families in Minnesota before moving to Hawaii. I am passionate about creating supportive, nurturing environments for children and value building meaningful connections with the families I work with. Inspired by my own nanny, who became a lifelong mentor, I strive to offer the same dependable, lasting support to others. I'd describe my personality as creative, outgoing, empathetic I like working with kids because there's never a dull moment! In my spare time, I like to paint, surf, read, and hike. One thing you should know about me is that I grew up in a household that placed value on health and fitness. I also attended to a Waldorf school. Both of these have made me more attentive to health, art, and the simple joys of childhood.
