Making a difference in the lives of others is my calling. For the past nine years, I've been a Certified Nursing Assistant providing compassionate care to seniors and adults. My experience includes respite care, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, mobility assistance, and medical management. I'm also adept at supporting individuals with dementia, adapting to changing routines, and de-escalating stressful situations. I understand the importance of connecting with care recipients by learning about their preferences and history. I always follow the family's preferred communication method to share updates and address any concerns.
