About Aubrey

I worked at a Montessori preschool for two years and learned a lot about children and fostering their independence. From there I started providing respite care to families with children who have disabilities. I think children should be children, and that having a childhood should be fun! With the right guidance and expectations, every child has the opportunity to shine :) I'm looking for a job that is flexible, and shares the same basic values as me when it comes to childcare. In my spare time, I like to read, go for hikes, thrift items that I can repurpose, cook yummy dinners -I try to have as little screen time as possible so I am always keeping busy with random projects and chores around my house ! One thing you should know about me is I have a finger print clearance card, I am CPR and first aide certified My skills include being relaxed and approaching situations with a firm but gentle approach And my creative skills definitely come in handy
