I have experience in direct care with individuals who have disabilities and behavioral support needs, and I'm excited to bring that compassion into childcare. I'm especially interested in supporting families with children who have autism, ADHD, developmental delays, and special needs. Every child has their own personality, routine, and way of communicating. I take time to understand what helps each child feel comfortable and supported. Whether it's keeping children busy with fun activities, helping with daily routines, preparing snacks, or being someone your child can feel safe around, I'm happy to help!
