Hi! My name is Karen, and I'm a caring, patient, and dependable childcare professional with over 3 years of experience as a nanny, along with additional experience working with children in educational and special education settings. I have worked as a Paraprofessional with BCSD and as a Special Education Aide for the Panama-Buena Vista School District, where I supported children with a variety of learning and behavioral needs. I also been nannying for about 2 years now. I believe in creating a safe, positive, and fun environment where children feel comfortable, supported, and confident. I enjoy engaging children in age-appropriate activities, helping with homework, keeping up with routines, and being someone they can trust and feel comfortable around.
