About Karen

Hi! My name is Karen, and I have over three years of experience working with children in both educational and caregiving settings. I previously worked as a Paraprofessional with BCSD and as a Special Education Aide for the Panama-Buena Vista School District, where I supported students with diverse learning and behavioral needs. I genuinely love working with kids and enjoy creating a safe, supportive, and fun environment where they can grow and feel confident. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, as well as paraprofessional certified, so safety and attentive care are always my top priorities. I'm patient, reliable, and passionate about helping children thrive, both academically and emotionally.
