About Athena

I started caring for seniors when I saw how ravaged the senior communities were by the COVID-19 pandemic. I joined the first CNA class to open up in the fall of 2020 and jumped right into the workforce in a skilled nursing facility. Since then I've spent 5 years building experience and continually learning and growing as a care provider. In my spare time, I like to crochet, read, walk in nature, explore the local Sacramento community, and spend time with loved ones. My skills include safe transfers/fall precautions, making genuine connections, and dementia care.
