I am a compassionate caregiver with over 10 years of experience specializing in elderly and memory care. 've supported individuals with Alzheimer's and Dementia in both private homes and memory care facilities. My journey began with caring for my late grandmother, which gave me a deep, personal understanding of the emotional challenges of memory. I assist with all ADLs including bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, and meal preparation. My approach blends clinical skills with emotional intelligence, calm communication, and a strong emphasis on safety and dignity. I maintain a clean, secure environment, implement fall-prevention strategies, and build strong relationships with families through trust and open communication. Caregiving is not just what I do, it's who I am. Focusing on compassion and reliable, I am also able to communicate in Punjabi and Hindi.
