About Athena

My name is Athena, the youngest of four in a large family. I have extensive childcare experience through babysitting, nannying, assistant coaching, and tutoring. From a young age, I cared for children from infancy through age 12--providing meals, play, outdoor activities, baths, and educational support. I also gained caregiving experience supporting my grandmother with daily needs. Professionally, I work as a ski instructor, managing groups of children ages 5-12, and as a climbing coach for ages 5-14. My approach balances warmth and structure--building trust while fostering responsibility, respect, and growth. I was also previously registered as an EMT in California.
