About Asya

I'd describe my personality as very introspective, positive and understanding. I like working with kids because it gives me a profound sense of presence and increases my own imagination and creativity . I started working with kids when I was in my early 30's. I coached rhythmic gymnastics for a school and also was a babysitter for 3-year-old twin. I currently own a rhythmic gymnastics school in south portland. In my spare time, I like to meditate, practice Pilates and yoga as well as coach rhythmic gymnastics ages 5-10. One thing you should know about me is I consider my ability to connect with kids to be my most important quality. I always treat them with respect and lead by example. I use my creativity to develop fun and engaging activities to help their development. My skills include compassion and attentiveness. I am looking for something part time and long term.
