My social work background has equipped me with a solid foundation, and I'm skilled in human behavior and can provide respite care, transportation, errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I am also dementia trained. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience and empathy. I prioritize safety, earning trust and communicating clearly with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred method.
