Making a difference in someone's life is what I strive for each day. With 13 years of experience supporting adults and seniors, I bring a patient and compassionate approach to care. I'm skilled in de-escalating stressful situations, managing confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I am currently a memory care director at a beautiful austin community but also do private care. I prioritize understanding your loved one's preferences and personal history to build a strong connection. I communicate with families through written daily reports, regular updates via text or phone, and always follow your preferred method. I am also CPR and First Aid certified. I'm comfortable with pets, too! I'm eager to bring my experience and friendly demeanor to your family, knowing I can provide the support you need.
