About Aslynn

Hello and welcome to my page! My name is Aslynn and I am an assistant professor of Exercise Science and Human Performance and current doctoral candidate in Kinesiology. I have 8 years of teaching experience including one year as a long term sub, 2 years with my own high school classroom and 5 years in higher education. I additionally have 4 years of tutoring experience and 13 years of coaching experience with track and field, strength training, personal training and basketball. My specific teaching experience includes being a former certified high school teacher in biology and chemistry, teaching three years for Knox County Schools in Tennessee. I am currently employed at a private liberal arts college teaching anatomy, exercise physiology, biomechanics, strength and conditioning, exercise prescription, coaching, sport psychology and kinesiology courses. I love helping students and am looking forward to meeting with you!
