Ashontia cared for my mother during the last months of her life, when she was suffering from dementia, and I cannot express how grateful I am for her. She went far beyond anything I could have expected from a caregiver.
My mom did not speak English, and Ashontia took it upon herself to use Google Translate so she could communicate with her, connect with her, and make her feel understood. Because of that effort, my mom was happy every single day she was with her. That meant everything to me.
Ashontia gave me true peace of mind, especially when I had to travel for work, knowing my mother was not just cared for, but cared about. In my mom’s final days, she was also an incredible source of emotional support for me personally, which I will never forget.
Her compassion, attentiveness, and availability were exceptional , she checked in even over weekends and was always present when it mattered most. The care she showed, both professionally and personally, makes Ashontia truly special. I will always be thankful for the love and dignity she gave my mother and our family.

Shon is amazing! She is knowledgeable and caring! She came to care for my mom within the last 3 months before transitioning. Shon was amazing even in that short time, she did home stay and hospital stays with my mom. When my mom was able to notice her and communicate Shon always made her smile. My family is thankful for the time Shon was with us and will love her like family forever.

I would give Shon a 10+ rating if I could. I needed a care giver for transport to and from a medical procedure.  Shon’s communication thru the whole process was above and beyond. We set up a pre-meet just to discuss any needs and to go over the timing. From the first moment I saw Shon and her smile I knew she was an incredible caring person with a good soul. There are really no words for this young lady. She literally took care of my mom til her last breath and was truly a BLESSING. She took care of my Mom as if this was her mother. She is attentive, caring, knowledgeable, and ALWAYS professional. 
She was ALWAYS on time, filling in when we didn’t have anyone, making sure my mom had her meds, food everyday, put her to bed( and made sure she comfortable), communicate with the family about any issues or just to let us know how mom was doing. Selfless and caring person a joy and a blessing 

Shon has worked for us since May 2023. She has taken wonderful care of my wife who has ALS.  She established a caring relationship with my wife and entire family.  She works whatever shifts we need her to help.  She is knowledge using our Hoyer lift, the trilogy machine, medication management. She works alone and is trustworthy with changing any wound dressings that may arise, washing my wife, clothes dressing, feeding, potting etc. I can trust my wife with Shon and you can too.

She is wonderful, intelligent and personable !  Caring for a person with ALS is not easy and it’s heartbreaking. Shon was very knowledgeable in the caring for my friend and her pain.   She helped us all understand the transition she’d go thru and helped us deal it.  Thank You Shon for all you do.
