I have worked in childcare centers, through professional nanny agencies, in early childhood education, as well as being a mother myself. I have my bachelors degree and began my masters in Early Childhood Education. I am CPR/First Aid certified and have my AZ fingerprint clearance card. I love working with young children and helping them reach those important milestones in the early years. I am familiar with alternative education styles such as montessori and waldorf. Ashlie has been working with our infant and now toddler son for over two years, and she is truly an incredible person and caregiver! Our son required the use of supplemental oxygen for the first 1.5 years of Ashlie working with him, and she embraced the challenge and additional responsibilities that came with it. Her background in Montessori teaching shows in the wonderful activities she comes up with for our son, which are both teaching him something practical and engaging/fun for him. Our entire family has loved getting to know Ashlie, having her be a part of our day-to-day lives, and we still get excited when Ashlie’s car pulls up! We couldn’t recommend her more highly to anyone looking for an experienced caregiver for their child.
