Before our son started daycare Ashlie was his nanny 2-3 days a week. He and I both love her! He was 1 year old when she started as was encouraging for me to talk to as a relatively new mom myself. It was hard for me to be away but she made me comfortable with photos and stories. She is so easy going about whatever situation we were in (needing help cleaning, moving locations) and understood of a busy parents life. She also was understanding when we wanted to have her wear a mask at first before he was vaccinated. We try to keep in touch because she was such a wonderful part of our lives.
